Credit card details
Whenever our site asks you for your credit card details, it will do so over an encrypted connection. We will only ever use an encrypted connection to pass your card details to our card processing agent. We will not store your full credit card details once we have processed your order unless you ask us to. We may store the last four digits of your card number in order to allow us to identify the card in any subsequent communications we may have with you. If you have asked us to retain your credit card details for future orders, these will be stored on a seperate system in a tokenised format which means that you will be able to fast track future orders but our staff do not have access to your full credit card details. We take security of credit card details very seriously and employ bank grade security to ensure that your details are never comprimised.
